Guest guest
Hi Carol I also had a 2cm stone, and maybe still have. But I have no problem with eating anything, anytime of the day or night, and no pain or discomfort. Basically, I took Gold Coin Grass on and off to soften the stone, and sucked peppermint candies on and off, but what did it for me was a certain gallbladder support formula containing malic acid and taurine. I took 5 of them every day until I finished 1 bottle, together with one or two super-strength oregano/sage root capsules per day to disinfect the organ. I also ate pickles (gherkins) very often, which are supposed to normalize gallbladder function, and drunk natural spa water containing a high proportion of vanadium salts. Pickles are high in vanadium. I also should mention the Korean leaf known as " Gen Nip " in Korean (sesame leaf), which is supposed to normalize gallbladder function. I ate quite a few of them too. Right now I am not doing anything special. A while back the doctors said my gallbladder had stopped functioning, and I could have it removed if I wanted. But I don't want. Best to everybody. Guest guest
the most important thing for you to do to avoid going to the bathroom alot with the epsom salts is to NOT eat that day of the flush--matter of fact you are better off doing the apple cider or unfiltered apple juice I would say at least a week prior to cause the stones to soften and reduce their size--as much juice as you can drink--at least a quart a day for a week and then the day before the flush drink only the juice (no food) and prepare the area with vaseline---and some of those others creams that reduce the swelling. if you have hardly any food in your colon you won't be going to the bathroom as much!!!! and eat more fruits and veggies stay away from fats and meats till you flush this should help if you do it right!!! tina > > I have been scouring the internet and all the curezone forums > regarding the cleanse (looking at the one with Coke as it was > recommended by a friend). Guest guest
Thanks to all of you who replied to my message. You gave some great suggestions which I will try so that I can hang on to my GB... It's great to be able to share info like this and will let you know if I manage to pass those stones at some point in the future...waiting until I survive the holidays before doing anything too drastic.
