When people first join, we have set the controls so the first post must

be read and formally approved by Dan or me, the owners/moderators,

before it appears. This is the only way we can avoid being slammed with

porn and advertisements.

After we see from a first post that people are truly bandsters and here

for an honest reason, we then set them to " un-moderated " .

This is why the first post or two may take awhile to appear. All later

ones will show up within seconds.
