Guest guest
Before you panic yourself and others, go back into the archives to see our voluminous and frequent DEBUNKING of this epsom salt B.S. by , et. al.. I'm sure you will find a complete lack of references about the " toxicity " in 's pitch, plus, I'd like to see him explain how a magnesium salt could " calcify " anything? (So, what is he selling?) Sure mag sulfate is irritating, that's why it's a LAXATIVE. It's not like we are pounding mega quantities daily. It's a special use substance. Name any other natural stimulant laxative of this type, say white oak bark, black walnut hulls, fennel, senna and others and you will find most are even more irritating, especially the black walnut hulls. It's funny how many people try to villify good ol' epsom salts, especially in light of all the hideous and truly toxic Rx drugs out there. Batting down this issue, and the one about passed stones being " saponified olive oil " , really get TIRESOME. Trust me, the poo-poo-ers are almost always trying to scare you towards something they happen to sell. Will, stayin' alive in MN
