Guest guest
somewhere I read to take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar every night and in another article to do this and add a teaspoon of olive oil as well??? I don't know myself ---if anyone remembers reading this or has tried it let me know. I just have such a hard time getting down the epsom salts and oil-- have to try something else myself. thanks---tina > > Recently I have been diagnosed with gallbladder problems, due to > gallstones. > I am about to try the Liver/Gallstone cleanse and hope to get rid of > these stones rather than having the stones and gallbladder removed > through surgery. > > I'm wondering if Apple Cider Vinagar tablets (500mg) can be used along > with drinking apple juice, for the first few days before taking the > final step of taking the olive oil and lemon juice. > > I'm thinking of the extra acid of the tablets in helping to soften the > harder gallstones. > > Any suggestions are appreciated. > Thanks. > Trudy >
Guest guest
I'll be doing a cleans in 2 weeks. In the mean time, I drink several glasses of organic apple juice daily and take 2-4 malic acid tablets daily. There is malic acid in apples. It has almost completely eliminated the belching and pain.
