somewhere I read to take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar every

night and in another article to do this and add a teaspoon of olive

oil as well???

I don't know myself ---if anyone remembers reading this or has tried

it let me know.

I just have such a hard time getting down the epsom salts and oil--

have to try something else myself.

thanks---tina

I'll be doing a cleans in 2 weeks. In the mean time, I drink several glasses of

organic apple juice daily and take 2-4 malic acid tablets daily. There is malic

acid in apples. It has almost completely eliminated the belching and pain.
