I live in the uk, and can probably get hold of some raw goats milk...but I understand that kefir can even be put into green young coconut water....this would suit me better. Is it simple to use KEfir? I have bad bacteria in my colon and wish to get very good bacteria into my whole digestive system real soon. Thank you ANNE from UK

Look at Donna Gates Body Ecology Diet. She is the person who has advanced the idea of cultured kraut etc from green coconuts. She has published a book that is well received by people healing themselves from candida overgrowth.

Guest guest
This address would not work because of the habit of putting a period at the end of a sentence. That is a simple mistake but this address will work for you. http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html Dale ----- Original Message ----- From: denise milfort gallstones Sent: Monday, September 12, 2005 3:23 AM Subject: RE: KEFIR UH... the page doesn't load up! --- Dixon <pdixon1@...> wrote: > You could check out > http://users.chariot.net.au/~dna/kefirpage.html. > You'll > find enough information to keep you happy ages! > > > > __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Hi Rogene, I'm so glad to hear that my kefir offspring has found such a welcoming and loving home! : ) We've got Anita to thank for turning us on to the idea of kefir...she's the first one that said it was doing wonders for her and her son. I haven't heard from her lately....I need to give her a call. Maybe someday your hubby will get curious about your love affair with it and find the courage to partake...my husband drinks it every morning with me, and my daughter has started drinking it in smoothies every morning too. I am so thankful for finding this wonderful health elixir! Sounds like you are too! Patty Kefir I started drinking Kefir this past week . . . Talk about something that's easy to make, and tasty! Wow! . . . I put about a half teaspoon of honey in 12 ounces of Kefir for just a bit of sweetness. . . My only problem is that I could drink every last drop - every day! My hubby thinks it's gross - he's never tasted it! He just sees the grains growing on top the milk! . . .Funny - because, if he would taste it, there would be none left for me! Guest guest
Kefir really is wonderful! . . .I can't get enough! Today it has a bit of tang that's something like carbonation. Great! Guest guest
I spent my teenage years in Kaneohe-- my father taught law at the University of Hawaii. I did not think much of Kaneohe but loved living in Hawaii. I think the tropics are soothing for the kinds of muscle aches and pains we get. I am looking forward to a few months in Java next year, expecially the warm water and air! Bindi Re: Re: Kefir Terri,No, probably not. My sister wants to go to Kauai. I am not sure, as my third sister may be there also, and so we may never leave the big island.I came to Honolulu many years ago to do a meeting. The group leader lived in Kaneohe (sp??) Nadine Onodera. There was a pretty good organization there once.LyndaAt 09:08 PM 11/20/2006, you wrote:>-Lynda,>Are you coming to Oahu?
