Guest guest
I know that you have said you are, or have been on B2 and B3 as part of your iodine protocol. I spoke with Dr. Flechas on the telephone after I did my iodine load test. He recommended I take both of these supplements in addition to the iodine I take, 300mg B2 in the morning and 1000mg B3 before bed. I started this regime last evening and of course I got the tingling and flush all over my body starting from my head until it worked its way down to my feet (really weird feeling and not too pleasant). Guess thats why he said to do the B3 at bedtime? Will this effect subside or continue? Also, I have read that mega doses of B3 for prolonged periods of time would cause liver damage. Of course, the article did not define " prolonged period of time " . So, my question is have you read this same information and how long did you stay at that dosage? I know they recommend this same dosage in their iodine protocol on Breast Cancer Choices site. As always, thanks so much for your help and input. Guest guest
I was on the ATP CoFactors product for about 6 mos. I did not have what you described because my B3 was the no flush kind (Inositol Hexanicotinate ) It is my understanding that this form of B3 does not have the liver toxicity that the other forms of B3 do. , I have a question... > > I know that you have said you are, or have been on B2 and B3 as part of> your iodine protocol.
