Hi Shefy, During a teleconference on dental health, s Moritz recommended

using it on a problem area to draw out toxins in your gums/teeth. I'm having

problems with a tooth and want to use it for that. Thanks for the heads up on

where to order the clay!

I missed this post but the title caught my eye. I use the bentonite claywater by

Great Plains in my bowel cleanses. I follow the Jensen method. This works so

wonderfully with the apple juice, psyllium. I do a bowel cleanse before I do a

GB flush and it makes things so much easier to see and understand. Plus getting

out all that junk that builds up.

Buy the liquid bentonite clay from a health store like vitaminshop or any

other. I do take a shake of bentonite with psylium husks every morning before

breakfast and at night. It works great. I have a lot of enerygy and my fatigue

is gone.
