Guest guest Posted January 2, 2006 Report Share Posted January 2, 2006 I'm going to do my first flush next weekend. I have Cabots healthy liver and bowel book, in it she has this flush ..... Drink 1L organic unsweetened apple juice daily for five days. During these 5 days eat mainly raw fruits and veges, no diary, red meat or chicken (I'm thinking I'll just have steamed fish and salad for tea each night) On day 6 skip dinner and and 6pm take a tbs epsom salts with 3 glasses of water (I hear you can drink epsom salts with apple juice makes it easier to take???) repeat at 8pm At 10pm drink 115ml of olive oil with fresh squeezed lemon juice (can it be any citrus or must it be lemon??) I know everyone is different, but are there any little variations or things to remember that will make it easier/better?
