You want to be sure it is clean and working before you start cleansing other areas of your body. Next you would cleanse the kidney's and last the liver. Lemon water.. fresh squeezed (not concentrate) is a good liver cleanser but do the other cleansing first. Also... colonics are a great way to cleanse the colon if you can afford them and there is a practitioner in your area... but you should have a total of at least 4 or 5. Two right after another then one a week for a couple of weeks. Go SLOW on the cleansing... recover from one before doing another... if your body is toxic there will be symptoms... similar to a cold or flu... increasing vitamin C intake helps too... 1000 mg a day up to about 4000 mg a day... on a regular basis everyone should be taking at least 1000 mg a day... only do one cleanse at a time... Guest guest
Hulda e has one in her Cure for All Diseases. You have to do it for 6 weeks but it's pretty easy. No trouble at all (compared to the liver/gallbladder flush). Aside from colonics, what is a good colon cleansing protocol? Do coffee enemas count?
