Guest guest
Hi Nicky, I just completed my 3rd flush today. I had constant diarrhea after the 2nd dose of epsom salt so I'm sure its normal. Though, if its not I'm sure others will chime in. In regards to water, I followed the instructions and did not drink anything other than what I was supposed to drink. But, I doubt a little sip will hurt you. Guest guest
Some people have a very sensative bowel - You could try reducing the Epsom Salts just a bit. They do cause diarhea - you do want the muscle relaxant effect and the explosiveness of the diarhea helps to get the stones out as well - but, as not everyone is the same, the dose can be varied slightly. As for being dehydrated - drink plenty of water until just about an hour before the " dose of epsom salts mixture " . This is especially true for people who are diabetic or hypoglycimic. Mixing the Epsom salts with grapefruit or apple juice (best fresh and non-sweetened) will also help those people mentioned above. It will help, during the fast, to keep your blood sugar up. In conclusion - the dose may be adjusted to each individual.
