Guest guest
Hello Sorcha, You may be able to dissolve your stones over time by diet modification. Check out this in the group's files section: Dandelion Milk Thistle and Artichoke You can also go to thegallstones group's Links > Cleanses or Links > Dieting and Gallstones. These should both give you more ideas. ~S --- <sarahjane.kelly@w...> wrote: > And are there any gentle flushes which don't involve day long fasts? > > thanks, Sorcha

Did you do the parasite cleanse first? I'm very wary of taking herbal medication (well *any* medication) while I'm b'feeding. I would like to try the cleanse without it, but I'm a bit concerned about how sick I'll feel if I don't. On the other hand, if it's just a day feeling off it, it'll be worth it just to get rid of this nagging pain. Sorcha

I read that a diet high in carbohydrates encourages gall stones... my diet is certainly like that at the moment, although I do eat plenty of healthy things too. I haven't found the specific diet advice on the website; does anyone have a link? Sorcha
