Guest guest
If it was me Barbara, I would take just the half sublingually as normal when I got into bed, that way it doesn't interfere with your sleep (I take a small amount like this every night as it helps me to be more awake in the morning for some reason) and then up your dose tomorrow - the T3 in armour will keep you awake if you take at 6 or 7 pm. By the way, it is always a good idea to have a small amount in your handbag or the car, just in case - I do this and when I get my new prescription, I take swap them over so that they don't get 'old'. Perhaps a couple in your desk would be a good idea. Luv nne I'm having a "Monday" and left my armour at home this morning so Ihaven't had any. I'm doubly annoyed as today is day 8 and I wasplanning on upping my ½ grain to 2 x ½ grains today.
Guest guest
I'm having a " Monday " and left my armour at home this morning so I haven't had any. I'm doubly annoyed as today is day 8 and I was planning on upping my ½ grain to 2 x ½ grains today. How late in the day can I take armour, and will it keep me awake tonight if I take it too late? I won't be home until 6 or 7pm tonight (typically today is the first day in ages I've had to work late!) so won't be able to take it before then. Any thoughts? Thanks Barbara PS - 7 days in and so far so good! I'm still taking 4 NAE most days (3 if lunch is too late for a fourth) and feeling not too bad! Guest guest
Thanks nne. I will defintiely be keeping a stash at work. The annoying thing is that I *did* remember to pick up the tub of Armour ... I just must have forgotten to put it in my bag (in between delayed trains, terrible weather, kicking the cat, making the packed lunches, etc, etc, etc!) It's very annoying! Thanks for the advice. Guest guest
Hi Barbara, That depends on how exhausted you are through not taking enough. You need to balance the not being able to sleep because you are overtired/exhausted (then you need to take some armour which will help to make you feel ok to sleep), or if you have not got that tired I would leave it until the morning or it may prevent you sleeping. Val How late in the day can I take armour, and will it keep me awaketonight if I take it too late?
