Guest guest
" The program is essentially the same no matter > what: cease harm, protect, lubricate, detox, > rebuild, support; not necessarily in that order. " Dave great post---can you give me a bit more thought on this--- I understand cease harm must be low fat to no fat (that I am doing) and the detox would be the flushes I assume. As well as all the juicing (veggie and fruit) the rest I am not as eductate on. I don't have as much time for myself as I do for my thyroid group--- and nearly no brain left---haha Takes years to know what works too!!! thanks for thoughts---tina > > >

" Dave great post---can you give me a bit more thought on this--- I understand cease harm must be low fat to no fat (that I am doing, and the detox would be the flushes I assume) Actually, I am of the school of not avoiding cold pressed vegetable oils (it is about quality of fats, not quantity), in fact extra amounts. Here is why: You cannot flush the toilet if the water is turned off. Your bile is made of lipids and you need to run them through to increase flow. Now this is a bit tricky if you have stones and sludge... obviously. You are constantly running the risk of another attack. Keeping the gallbladder out of spasm with things like magnesium, wild cherry bark, jamaican dogwood, etc., is essential. What I mean by ceasing harm is more like stopping the abuse. As a general rule, we get to these places through diet and lifestyle, the ultimate answer then is changes of diet and lifestyle. This is by far the hardest part of the " treat " ment. Doing something new tends to be far easier than ceasing to do something we have been doing for the past 30 years (drinking, bacon, donuts, sitting, etc.). In regards detox, there are many detoxifying, bile moving herbs and supplements as well as topicals available to choose from. The beauty is that it is not as important as which is the best one, most are appropriate. The important thing is to address all or most of the variables. If you have stones, and all you due is evict them, more stones are going to become squatters if nothing else changes. Keep in mind that again in order to detox you must have bile flow, the more the merry (if flow is ubstructed, the ubstruction must be dealt with). Dissolution of the detritus is one of the major concerns. Before flushing, the smaller, softer, thinner, you can get it the better and more comfortable. This is why a lot of the recent posts have been talking about fasting and weight loss " causing " gall issues. They dry, harden, thicken unless modified to take these issues into account. As well as all the juicing (veggie and fruit) the rest I am not as eductate on. I don't have as much time for myself as I do for my thyroid group--- The gallbladder bone is connected to the thyroid bone... and nearly no brain left---haha If I only had one.
