They also have a pasteurized milk version. Ironically generally the pasteurized milk version is the only one available in the health food stores. When I am in the Russian neighborhoods I can find the soy kefir some. If it is a choice of your making it with pasteurized milk or a nut or soy milk, do you lose anything to use the non-dairy product ?
