I know that my husband gets what he calls "twilps" which are stabbing little pains in different parts of his body at times, and we can't work out why he gets these. He too is hypothyroid and taking Armour.He used to get these before taking Armour. Luv - Sheila Pain in the Neck! Hi all Don't know if this is a stupid question but I am currently taking 2 1/2 grains of Armour. For the past couple of weeks I have been getting a pain on my neck as if someone is scratching me with a sharp needle it last for a couple of seconds then goes throughout the day.
