Salt loading - how often per day?

How often do most of you do the salt loading when you start on

Iodoral? Just once? It says to keep repeating if you need to -- but

how do you know?

Also, has anyone tried salt baths? Just wondering if that would work

as well -- since the pores are such good a good detoxification pathway.

I started my Iodoral (one per day) yesterday and Dr. Flechas just

emailed -- they are sending the tests today!
