I have been using Tooth Soap for about 5 months now. My front tooth has a chip in it that was pretty noticeable -- but it has remineralized and is now probably 80-90% less noticeable. The chip has actually filled in! I also went to the dentist last week and had ZERO cavities! This is not a normal occurrence for me -- I usually have at least one cavity when I go.Tooth Soap is only part of the equation. You need to eat a nutrient dense diet. This is based on the theory of Dr. Weston Price DDS who said that tooth decay is a consequence of nutritional deficiencies.Dr. Price studied people around the world eating traditional nutrient dense whole food diets high in saturated animal fats and protein who had no cavities, tooth decay or crooked teeth. When they started eating "modern" foods like white flour, unsoaked grains and sugar, that is when the tooth decay and tooth crowding (among other problems) developed.I have followed the diet recommended by the Weston A. Price Foundation for the past 5 months -- http://www.westonaprice.org/basicnutrition/index.htmlIncidentally the WAPF also recommends avoiding soy and other goitrogens that block iodine. I believe that and the Tooth Soap are responsible for the remineralization of my teeth. Here's Dr. Price's book online -- the photos are amazing:http://journeytoforever.org/farm_library/price/pricetoc.htmlAnn MarieOn Apr 13, 2008, at 8:37 PM, Duke Stone wrote::All is not lots. You can regain you tooth enamel. Your just using the wrong kind of soap. I got this from a friend .
