I chose #2 and #9. I'm no expert or anything, but this is what I chose based on information I read on this site. I got the small grinder to grind it onto food, and the bag of coarse salt for cooking and other uses. I do plan to try drinking a bit in Fiji water. I usually check Amazon for things I want, sometimes it less expensive and sometimes not.

Jan,What kind of Celtic sea salt did you order? I'm having a hard time figuring out which kind to get? I recently bought the Eden brand at my local health food store and now found out that it's not good enough because it's white, not gray or pink (I'm so tired of wasting my money on the wrong things).Thanks,> >> > Low adrenals will make you crave salty foods.
