I'm taking one a day in the morning. I have been noticing the frontal sinus headache, but I can live with it, since it usually goes away after lunch. I'm not any thyroid meds, since doc advised to try this first. I feel stronger and more energetic (taking DHEA also), and the weight gain has finally stopped and I dropped over 7 pounds. That's a miracle in itself as I had gained 22 pounds since my hysterectomy in July. Also, fibrocystic breast disease is huge in my family. My Mom had it bad and had 17 biopsies before her mastectomy. Her two sisters have malignant breast cancer. I've already noticed that both breasts are increasingly softer. You forget what soft is until you get it back. I'm so excited to see how this goes long term. W

The iodine has been the ONLY thing that really makes my appetite feel under control. Iv'e also lost weight. When I went off it last month my appetite eventually went back to it's regular craveing. Somehow I think iodine is also involved in insulin resistance. Maybe because it because it's regulating the thyroid and that's regulating all other hormones...don't know but I like it!!!
