Guest guest
Hi Kat, I've been using an iodine tincture from the drug store. I just smear it on my breasts with the applicator in the bottle. I had been using a cotton pad and completely covering breasts with it....... WAY TOO MUCH.... went into detox symptoms big time. I stopped and the symptoms disappeared. You can do a few lines with the applicator and that should suffice. My very painful lumpy breasts have improved alot, since painting. I also take Iodoral... I started with 1/2 and increased very slowly. After 5 weeks, I am now starting 1 1/2, so far so good. GOod luck.. paint away. > > Hi all! Guest guest
Hi Kat, When I first painted a 2" test patch on my arm with Tincture of Iodine, it was completely gone in less than four hours. After using the Iodoral (1 - 3 tabs) for a month, it lasted almost six hours. The longest it has lasted on any of my friends has been a small spot within the larger patch still slightly visible at 24 hours. I've never heard before of a stain lasting for a week. I wonder if the "store tincture" is the same as "tincture of iodine". Zoe Re: Couls someone post breast painting directions or a direct link to it > >> > Hi all! Guest guest
Hi Kat, When I first started painting, the iodine disappeared very quickly. Now, when I apply it in the morning, a slight dark stain often lingers into the evening. I would imagine that my body isn't drinking it in as quickly now. > > > > > > Hi all! Guest guest
Interesting, . I had no idea a stain could last a week. I wonder what makes the difference.
