Hey girl, keep up the improved lifestyle and cleanses! I absolutely cannot

swallow epsom salt water- totally gagged and tortured on that note...but I buy

veg. glycerin tabs and measure out the salts, and MAKE PILLS- it is still a

little difficult, being there are so many pills to take, but it beats the

water...as for the oil mixture, I use over a cup of grapefruit to help with the

sliminess of the drink- stir, drink, stir, drink- it makes me laugh that my 2 yr

old once begged me for some, even brought me a cup, insisting so I gave her a

bit, and she begged for more! I can't stand the crud, yet this little person

could have made a commercial for it! LOL

I don't know myself ---if anyone remembers reading this or has tried

it let me know.

I just have such a hard time getting down the epsom salts and oil--

have to try something else myself.
