I need some help please..

Hi, I just joined this group last week :)

I want to tell you whats going on in hopes that someone can lead me

on the right road.

I have been overweight MY WHOLE LIFE. About 8 yrs ago I went on

ATKINS and lost LOTS OF WEIGHT. I kept having a problem keeping it

OFF and so I got more RADICAL and started doing PROTEIN ONLY for

months on end. I will loose the weight, but then I gain it back

FASTER than I lost it. It is NOTHING for me to struggle for a month

to loose 6 lbs and gain 10 lbs back in 4 days..

So, I have been doing lots of reading. I am thinking that the ATKINS

and PROTEIN ONLY is causing my Liver, THYROID and OTHER HORMONES to

GO NUTS. I also have FOOD ALLERGIES AND YEAST THAT ARE

HORRIBLE..ACTUALLY, all this time trying to LOOSE WEIGHT, I think I

have done MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD.

I am going to go VEGTARIAN ONLY. I also plan to do a liver cleanse,

colon cleanse, parasite cleanse,.

Just wanting some guideance, is there a way to get my body, immune

system healthy and loose weight too? Any and All suggestions are

welcome..

It would appear that you are right regarding your situation with the protein

diet. Because of the greater loss of water it tends to cause the dieter to look

like a dried up prune. The best diet you can do is simply eating foods that are

natural, not genetically altered, and getting good amounts of daily exercise.

Since the liver is the fat burning organ of the body it behooves us to consider

how the foods eaten benefit its health.

Consuming foods that benefit the liver will go a long way towards improved

health for the intestines. The intestines play an important role in all of this

too in that it is the other means by which the liver is able to get metabolized

fats out of the body in a timely manner. So a diet that contains a satisfying

amount of delicious nutrition along with soluble and insoluble fiber will help
