Hello Mike,

I have to tell you,

I like the steps you've laid out.

I may use them to follow through with other

accomplishments including, total gallbladder issue

eradication.

However I'm not sure I agree with you about the low

fat issue.

Especially no eggs.

Eggs contain lecithin a necessity for gallbladder

health.

However in an acute situation, they're not advisable.

There are different types of stones which require

different approaches.

Your heart is in the right place though, in the end

that's what matters.
