Hi ,

I don't think I know what you mean by doing a liver flush just

using apple juice, without epsom salts. Are you going to

do the olive oil? It may work, but I can attest to the fact,

from experience, that without the complete cleaning out

the epsoms give you, and the relaxing of the biliary ducts

that it provides, followed by the olive oil and fresh grapefruit

juice to cause the push needed to expel the stones from

the liver ducts and/or gallbladder, I don't know how you

will get the results you want. Do you have other things

you are eating or taking to substitute?

I just did the flush on Sunday

night and I was amazed at how much passed, and have

felt quite good since....I don't feel like I'm carrying around

a bag of stones under my right rib cage...haha! And don't

have that tight feeling across my upper abdomen. I am

so glad I finally did this, have put it off for a LONG time.
