Dan's right. also, tea and coffee both interfere wih iron absorpion, so

really should not be consumed within an hour before or after a meal.

We need to pay special attention to getting enough iron, as some people

already are not eating enough red meat and other good iron sources to

avoid becoming anemic.

I get banded on August 21st. and from what I have read with you I want to be

just like you.  Except for the female part.
