Can stones come out before the flush?

I'm taking 6 Oxypowder at night, drinking the apple juice with the

Super Phos 30 added and eating a lot of apples.

Last night I'm pretty sure a tiny, tiny stone came out. It was really

hard but it also broke in half when I flushed it. So I don't know. It

was also a lighter color than everything else and I didn't eat anything

that color..or hard.
