Hello, This is ny first post here. I was referred by someone on the

Rhythmic Living message board. I was wondering if many people take

Lugols or Iodoral without being supervised by a Dr.? I have sume

Lugols drops here but don't know how much to take and how much my

husband could take.

He is healthy except being somewhat overweight and has borderline

high blood pressure. He wans to take it for general benifits to

health.

I'm interested in taking either one to help shrink my fibroids. I'm

59 and using Oestrogel and cycling progesterone vaginal suppositories

10 days per month.

Is Iodoral easily found and if so how much would I take. I do have

some Lugols drops, which my husband ha been using at the rate of 3

drops per day. I was taking Lugols, 3 drops per day, also but got a

little nervous taking it without talking to a Dr.

I did call a naturalpath's office, I was seeing and he said 3 drops

would be O.K. but I never called him back and am now wondering if I

should be increasing to shrink the fibroids. If I do go back on

Lugols or start Iodoral, I need to know how much to take and do you

stay on it at the same rate for the rest of your life?

Thanks so much for any insight. I was going to buy

Brownstein's book on Ioine but Amazon was selling it for $25 which is

a little pricey, even on half.com I was seeing a partner of his, Dr.

Nusbaum but havn't been back for awhile. It's kind of

expensive to go there, as they don't accept insurances.

Thanks again,
