Here's a question to the whole group.

I used the Hulda flush last night drinking the epsom salts. The previous

flushes I used a different flush that is recommended by Nature's Sunshine, where

you fast for 2 days prior to the flush and take Casara Sagrada........... but

you do not use Epsom salts. I have experienced a racing heart both times I did

the flush using epsom salts, and did not experience this with using the C.

Sagrada. I " m wondering if this could be a reaction to the epsom

salts/preservatives as I also am sensitive to MSG, etc...........I get this same

type of reaction if I eat any foods with MSG. My pulse went to 102 last night

for about 45 to 1 hour after drinking the olive oil/lemon juice and taking the 2

doses of E. salts.

So far I've only passed what looked like sludge and maybe a small stone or two

tan colored. Nothing green like I have in the past.

Last time I flushed, my heart raced also-so bad I was sweating and felt like I

was going to pass out. I used epsom salts and tried to drink a cup of olive oil

with grapefruit juice-couldn't keep it down.

The magnesium in the epsom salts taken at night can cause a person to stay

awake as well as cause the heart racing. Also the sulfur in the epsom salts

can cause a person to stay alert.
