What can I take instead of Iodoral?

My detoxing symptoms from taking only ONE tablet of Iodoral were so

awful that I don't want to take it anymore...actually, it was horrible.

I do need to 'up' my iodine levels, though....is there anything else I

can take to increase my iodine levels without those horrible detoxing

symptoms?
