Flush - Timing and Purpose?

I am doing my second flush following 's directions:

http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.asp

I have a few questions on some of the timing, and am curious as to the

purpose of some ingredients.

First of, I do not work an 8 - 5 job, my schedule is 1 hour later (I start

work at 9am, and thus routinely go to bed by 11:30 or 12 at night).

Should I modify the instructions to 7pm and 9pm for Epsom salts, and take

the oil mixture at 11pm?

The first time I did the flush, I was late taking the oil mixture because

the Epsom salts had me still in the bathroom at the time. I was 40 minutes

late taking it, as I had to return to the bathroom very frequently.

So this time I altered the timings - I did the first dose of Epsom salts at

6pm, the second at 8pm, and then took the oil mixture at 11pm. By 11pm I was

done in the bathroom, and ready to take the oil.

Will this delay between the 2nd Epsom salt dose and the Oil mixture hamper

the success of the flush?

It is my understanding that the Epsom salts were used to open up the ducts

and allow the stones to move more freely when the oil is taken. For me (and

others, I am sure) it definitely empties our intestines. Is that just a

'side effect', or is that helpful in ensuring a 'clear path' for the stones?

The next morning, it also instructs to take 2 doses of Epsom salts. If the

stones are already out as much as they can be (after taking the Oil

mixture), what good does this do? It is to flush them out, and intentionally

produce diarrhea?

Thanks for entertaining my newbie questions :)
