Guest guest
The two different protocols work entirely differently and have different functions. The Malic acids are softening to stones as ell as providing raw material for bile acids. The herbs are cholegogues, they stimulate the production and excretion of bile as well as being hepatic protective. -Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: " available7772001 " <albert.stern@...<mailto:albert.stern@...>> <gallstones <mailto:gallstones >> Sent: Tuesday, May 02, 2006 11:44 AM Subject: Cleanse prep > Which preparation is more effective...the malic acid/apple juice or > Chinese Bitters ,GCG ? > > > > > > Learn more from our experience, over 7.000 liver flush stories: > http://curezone.com/forums/fd50.asp?f=4<http://curezone.com/forums/fd50asp?f=4> > http://curezone.com/forums/fd50.asp?f=80<http://curezone.com/forums/fd50.asp?f=8\ 0> > http://curezone.com/forums/fd50.asp?f=100<http://curezone.com/forums/fd50.asp?f=\ 100> > http://curezone.com/forums/fd50.asp?f=112<http://curezone.com/forums/fd50.asp?f=\ 112> > > Liver Cleanse Recipe: http://CureZone.com/cleanse/liver/<http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/> > > Liver Flush FAQ: http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=73<http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=73> > > Images: > http://CureZone.com/image_gallery/cleanse_flush/<http://curezone.com/image_galle\ ry/cleanse_flush/> > http://CureZone.com/image_gallery/intrahepatic_stones/<http://curezone.com/image\ _gallery/intrahepatic_stones/> > > To unsubscribe, send blank e-mail to: > gallstones-unsubscribe <mailto:gallstones-unsubscribe@groups\ ..com> and then reply to confirmation > message! > > To Post message: gallstones <mailto:gallstones > > Subscribe: gallstones-subscribe <mailto:gallstones-subscribe \ > > > Web Sites for more information: > http://CureZone.org<http://curezone.org/> > http://www.liverdoctor.com/<http://www.liverdoctor.com/> > http://www.sensiblehealth.com/<http://www.sensiblehealth.com/> > http://www.cyberpog.com/health/index.htm<http://www.cyberpog.com/health/index.ht\ m> > http://www.relfe.com/gall_stone_cleanse.html<http://www.relfe.com/gall_stone_cle\ anse.html> > http://www.cleansingorsurgery.com/<http://www.cleansingorsurgery.com/> > > Group page: gallstones<gallstone\ s> > > To change your subscription to digest send blank e-mail to: > gallstones-digest <mailto:gallstones-digest > > To change your subscription to NO-MAIL send blank e-mail to: > gallstones-nomail <mailto:gallstones-nomail > > To change your subscription to NORMAL send blank e-mail to: > gallstones-normal <mailto:gallstones-normal > > You are receiving this email because you elected to subscribe to the > Gallstones group on 's groups. Guest guest
Are the GCG and Chinese bitters similar to actigall? I know actigall has something to do with increasing bile acids...I was going to take them at the same time but now Im' not sure...I took gcg and all before but I still have gallbladder problems. shefy Dave Shelden <wholehealthawareness@...> wrote: The two different protocols work entirely differently and have different functions. Guest guest
I am not familiar with actigall. The malic acid would increase bile acids, the herbs stimulate the production and movement of bile as a whole, the acids being only one component. Taking the bitters and gcg is a long process. It would depend on how long you took them, the extent of the situation, assimilation, etc. as to their effectiveness. -Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: shefy gupta<mailto:shefy7@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Tuesday, May 02, 2006 1:01 PM Subject: Re: Cleanse prep Are the GCG and Chinese bitters similar to actigall? Guest guest
I find the apple cider vinegar to be cost effective. I must admit to some early success with Chinese Bitters and GCG. I tried the latter for a good year. I still use Chinese Bitters before a flush, but my best advise came from my doctor to cut out citrus, smoking, alcohol and cholesterol. And to drink more water and get a good nights sleep. What do you think? Just my 2 cents worth-thanks, Mike available7772001 <albert.stern@...> wrote: Which preparation is more effective...the malic acid/apple juice or Chinese Bitters ,GCG ? Guest guest
I have to argue the cut out citrus part. I used the gall bladder cleanse with the Master Cleanse fast in series for 2 months and had felt better than any other time in my adult life. It really turned around my liver problem and got it working much better again. The Master Cleanse is where you drink a lemonade made from real lemons and maple syrup with cayenne. After a series of these cleanses with liver flushes, at the start and end, really made all aches and pains go away. Including all the liver pain. Then you end each fast with a couple days of orange juice, so my main staple of food for 2 months was nothing but citrus. Lemon is the one of the most alkilizing foods that is very beneficial to most who suffer from liver problems.
