But, I won't because of that link you posted. I won't drag this out except to say I highly doubt its a fast you're on. Basically what that site is promoting is a hunger strike!!!! I won't say much more except to keep that political crap off this board. I'm a former military member and did my tour of duty in the middle east and it burns me up to see sites such as this one. I apologize to the rest of you for this post. I just couldn't sit by without saying something. Read about same time not good to let it go sluggish so broke fast... with a barbqued pork rib. NOT best way to break a fast; pork a BADDIE for gall bladder. Lost 5 lbs anyway. Notice in general there's a lot less traffic here now that summer's here and we aren't eating all those bad fatty winter foods... Carol...
