Guest guest
I did a major copper detox last year. Prior to a hair test, I was not aware of the high copper until I read more about the symptoms. The itchiness was quite common in various places for me. All gone now even though my copper levels are not yet down to normal. I looked and can't put my finger on the reference right now. Sorry. I think I was reading Eck Ph.D. or Larry M.D. if someone wants to do a deeper search. I have read about this reaction and seen it at home. Our own experience was to hang in there. The rash did go away. And the detox results were good. According to , supplements that can help with copper detoxification might include zinc, B6, folic acid, C, manganese, sulfur, and molybdenum. Hope that helps. Guest guest
There are no hard and fast times for people. It depends on your body's ability to fight / recover. Increase your Vit C and see if that helps along with the Celtic Salt flush.
