Thyroid dump?

Hi, I am thyroidless on synthroid with high RT3. Recently began

taking 1/2-1 tsp Celtic sea salt a day, and 10 mg potassium iodide a

few times a week (after taking it daily for 2-3 months).

Question: Is it possible to experience a " thyroid dump " just by doing

the above? Last night before bed I did 1/2 tsp salt, and I had

anxiety and a hard time going to sleep (are you not supposed to take

it right before bed?).

My next step is to add an adrenal glandular for a week then switch to

Armour from my synthroid. I also want to switch to the Iodoral

protocol and not quite sure at what point to switch to that.

Thank you,

I don't thinks so but maybe. It is cortisol that causes the " dump " and salt

does affect the adrenals - so maybe in a weird way.
