where to get blood taken?

Hi,

I've got the tubes from NPTech for blood test, and just phoned the

private hospital they recommend, and who I used in the past. They have

refused to do it, saying I have to have a request form from a

consultant or gp. Asking the gp would be a waste of time, actually got

TSH/T4 done this week to keep them happy and for repeat prescription

of thyroxine. Any ideas where to go to get blood taken? I am now

scared to phone anyone else. I am in Manchester.
