Guest guest
Hi Kathy, When I was first diagnosed, I was diagnosed with Graves/hyperT (This was back in 2000.). After going on PTU for 18 months, my thyroid levels were "normal" .. for about two years. I then went hypoT. So .. I was considered Hashi's before I saw Dr. B. He is the one that began me on 50mgs of iodine. I started the iodine approximately a year and a half ago. Guest guest
I do 50 mgs with breakfast and 50 mgs with lunch. I don't let it go further than 2 or 3 pm because it gives me too much energy and keeps me awake. Guest guest
25mg Iodoral 2X a day----a.m.and p.m. Gracia Upon my basic refusal to stop iodine supplemenation, my endo suggested that I at least split the dosage, taking half in the morning and the other half in the evening. How does everyone else do theirs? Thanks.Kathy ..
