n, Thanks for your insight about hormones and estrogen. I'm on the journey

of the change of life myself. I live in South Texas, would your doctor be able

to recommend someone near me that could check my hormones and prescribe all

natural ones for me if I need them? I'm 30 min, from Corpus Christi, and 2

hours from San .........

you could try these doctors they also do bio-identical hormones that

my daughter has to take.

you also can go to their free seminar--I did as well.

This doctor has really helped my daughter (GREATLY I should say) but

she has CFS and related thyroid disese from it causing hypopituitary

disease. And it was partially brought on from high protein diet I

hate to say this but it threw off her hormones and the stress from

it opened her up to viruses that attacked the glands.

These diets should only be used in short term if at all. Always some

kind of side effects. Everything needs to be in balanced always.
