Hi, julie - yes, it'ss the PBD I developed, and I'll behappy to share

it - but first please tell us a bit more. the diet is not the first

step to break a playeau. there are lots of othert things to think

about first.

How long banded? what band? what fill level? last fill?

are you being serious about exercise?

Avoiding all liquid calories?

Choosing good band foods and not soft, liquid, or high-cal stuff?

Meeting the 80-100 oz a day need for bno-cal liquiuds?

Meeting , pretty well, the daily protein, fiber, calcium, omega 3 oil

needs?

he PBD is meant or he times are these other things are in pretty good

shape, ut w still have not lost for more than 3-4 weeks in a row.

I'll be hppy to share the PBD, but le's look at these other things

first, if you're willing..
