How long banded? what band? what fill level? last fill? are you being serious about exercise? Avoiding all liquid calories? Choosing good band foods and not soft, liquid, or high-cal stuff? Meeting the 80-100 oz a day need for bno-cal liquiuds? Meeting , pretty well, the daily protein, fiber, calcium, omega 3 oil needs? he PBD is meant or he times are these other things are in pretty good shape, ut w still have not lost for more than 3-4 weeks in a row. I'll be hppy to share the PBD, but le's look at these other things first, if you're willing.. Please also never post your phone on the Net - the Net is very IN- secure and all kinds of creeps are looking for ways to harass people.
