So Ed - did the article say what part of the mouth SHOULD we place our thermometer to get a true reading?

oh dear didnt come out right. suffice to say at the back left or rightthe temp is higher than in the middle/front of the tongue> on a separate note below is a picture ...hope it displays ok doh
