I hope you have some help taking care of the kids. Your doctor should be paying for a nanny/housekeeper/cook for you for a week as an apology! Did she at least apologize profusely? Guest guest
ACK Joan - that's horrible about your eyes. I guess God figured you needed a good rest maybe? I can just imagine how restful it was. Poor thing. Hope you are feeling better soon. Sherry

Well, what kind of surgery did you end up having, the major one or the easier one? It would see that it should make your liver enzymes go down, though. Maybe some of the medicine that they gave you made them go up. Susie
Guest guest
I went to the dr last week on Tuesday and my bp was 13x/8x not sure the exact numbers but around 130/80 much better compared to before... I have been taking the medication I cannot believe how much better I feel. I always used to feel blah.. and had huge headaches no energy.. Now I still get headaches once and a while but nothing compared to what it was and I have alittle more energy than before.. I think part of it is because I am moving around a bit more.. How long after your surgery were you up moving around?? They say it will only be about a week or 2.. I am trying to stretch it out so I can be home the whole summer with the kids.. I will probably have the surgery mid july the kids go back to school on Aug 7th.. Well, I was up and around the next day. Had to go to the doctor to have the bandage and drain tube removed (remember, mine was on the back of my head)... but, it was kinda sore and I was afraid of big pain LOL so I stayed on the Vicodin-type stuff for a day, so slept most of that day. My surgery was on a Thurs, so Fri was shot too.... up and around Sat/Sun and back to work on Mon. Not bad. I couldn't go to Curves for 2 weeks, so I was going stir-crazy during that time, but am glad I waited and followed directions!!
