adrenal results

I got my results back today. Is this a good? the comments at the

bottom said Salivary hormonone output normal hormone output, normal

circadian rhythm.

indicates normal output

I have just been on armour for 12 days now and getting on fine. Do

you think I need any additional adrenal support.Its such a relief to

hear the words normal.

Any feed back will be most appreciated.

Thanks for the reference ranges, and yes, I agree that boty your cortisol and DHEA appear to be absolutely fine, so you could cut right down on your NAE and gradually wean yourself off them.

I am so pleased you are doing so well on Armour and feeling so much better. Keep up the good work and keep us informed of how you get on when you raise your dose again.

The reference range for the individual times of the cortisol and

DHEA are not placed next to the results they give, but they are there if you

look at another part of the page the results are on. The test is to test how

your adrenals are functioning under stress - that is why it is called the

adrenal stress index.

Thanks. Reading through those now. I just read

elsewhere Dr Peatfield says to run the test on a routine stress conditions, so

that sounds about right.

Does anyone know what measurements Genova's adrenal test uses? I don't think it

says so on the results.
