Guest guest
Greetings to the group.I am waiting for my test results to come back (iodine loading). I felt so good on the test amount of 50 mg, that I decided to go ahead and start taking it every day. I tried 50mg all at one go like in the test, but I had a bad headache and had a " let down " sort of when I wanted more. I figured the iodine had all been used up or excreted. I know I have metals, since I had a mouthful of fillings installed when I was only about 6 or7 yo.I decided to go with 100 mg, and I felt it was going to keep the metals moving if I take it every three hours all day and night. So my schedule is 12.5 mg at 12, 3, 6, and 9, around the clock. I set my cell phone to wake me at midnight, 3 am and 6 am, then just watch the clock during the day. I actually get more sleep this way, because the iodine has killed the hot flashes that were waking me every hour on the hour all night every night. I am shouting that last statement! They have been SO BAD, I have cried many times. They are gone after only one day of this regimen. I am slightly headache-y, but not as bad as before. I am taking C, selenium, folic, potassium, manganese, Can't remember all. I know I need more B's, like a complex and 2, 3 and 5. I will get them soon. I can read without glasses sometimes now. That's weird, and unexpected, but nice. I have a " happy to be alive " feeling that I have not had in years. Now if I can just make it through the detox period, I think I will be on to something great!I was able to find an Iodoral clone at the local compounding pharmacy. This is a small town, and the pharm there was really surprised I was asking for it. He said " That's good stuff, and not many know about it. " Said this to my husband actually, and I'm glad for that. Well I still don't have an answer about my mineral drops, which contain bromide, and I want to know how important salt is, and how important it is to be celtic. I have eden sea salt. The salt loading didn't seem to make me pee very much. I am glad the big argument is over. I don't deal with stress well.I will let everyone know how it goes...Hope Dr Flechas is OK>>>Thanks for all the knowledge!-- Warmest Regards,Robin Little
