over 3 months @ 50 mg Lugols

Now that it's been over 3 months at this dose, I'm not sure what to do

next. The positives I've noticed: had to decrease my Armour after

increasing Lugol's dose. My temp is averaging close to normal. The

only detox I noticed was a terrible headache (sinuses clearing?) after

taking 2 drops when I first got Lugol's over a year ago. (I stayed at

2 drops for 8 months, then decided to increase gradually to 8 drops

(50 mg) per day.)

Would it be a good idea to do a loading test now? Is it accurate once

you are taking iodine regularly? I read that for many people, 3 months

at 50 mg is enough, but how to know for sure?

I don't have cancer, and don't think I have Hashi's, but I am

hypothyroid and adrenally insufficient (taking HC). And when I was a

toddler, I had radiation treatment to my nose (for a hemangioma) which

may have affected a lot of things.
