Hi there

Well I have dropped most of my supplements at the moment because I am

afraid of what is interracting with what or stopping thyroid

absorbtion. One thing that has had to come back in though is the

codliver oil because my brain zaps from my antidepressants were

getting bad.

One thing I have noticed is my breathing seems a bit easier and I have

been on NAE for ...(sorry brain fog, I started the day I came out of

hospital).

If I get up early enough I am taking 3, if not I am taking 2 because

my body clock is messed up and I get insomnia it is difficult for me

to get the rhythm of the pills right. I do get the odd extra heartbeat

at the moment but I am so used to wierd symptoms for any relief no

matter how slight I can put up with it.

So I am now taking my thyroxine on an evening my NAE and all my brain

and blood pressure stuff when I get up. Problem is I have stopped

taking my iron because I don't seem to be able to fit it in. I am

worried my ferritin will drop too low.

My neck feels terrible and keeps cracking ! weird and I am dizzy, and

the bottom part of the back of my skull feels tender and if I keep

getting swellings in my lymph glands near my ears, also ears keep

aching. I have no idea what on earth is going on but despite this I am

much more cheerful.

I hope the improvement means that my adrenals are responding to the

help and that the next stage of treatment will be successful.

lotsa luv

Dawn
