What thyroid does Dr. Derry advise?

After finishing Dr. Derry's book, I am still wondering what thyroid

hormone specifically he is recommending. He says that iodine and

thyroid hormone go together.

I am taking the Lugol's iodine but not taking anything specifically

for thyroid...
