Guest guest
What I find strangely interesting, is the widespread deficiency of iodine, WORLDWIDE. Yes, I know Japan...but really, what foods are consumed by most that have sufficient iodine???? Seaweed, raw fish??.. ...I mean not really practical unless you live near the ocean/sea, etc. Now maybe theres something I'm missing...but an element that is SO important for so many functions of the body...I don't get it. Except in the goiter belt areas (like Michigan), there is adequate iodine in the soil, which puts it in plant food.
