My sister ate popcorn, beets, chocolate and had some wine - led to a

GB attack.

I advised her to dissolve 1/2 teaspoon of epsom salts in 1/2 cup of

water and drink. The attack was full blown and 1/2 hour after

drinking the above mix, she found much quicker relief than normal from

the severity of the attack.

just thought I'd share this with you

So what are you eating? I've read that lots of attacks come in the evening,

after a meal. We eat our main meal at noon and eat very lightly in the evening.

Are you having a meat meal in the evening? I would not think doing a flush

while you are not feeling well would be a good idea. I'd want to wait until I

was over the attack and feeling better.

Well, my GB attacks have started again after almost a year. They are not

painful so much as discomfort. They usually come in the evenings after a meal,

Had planned to do a flush today, but put it off for a day that I'm not being

too active. Question is: Is this the right time for a flush when the attacks

have escalated?

Franniboy:

My last gallstone attack brought me to the hospital for 14 days, because of

jaundice - my eyes and skin turned yellow. That was last March, 2006. I was

scheduled for operation, or removal of my gall bladder last May 23, 2006, but I

cancelled it. I still have my gall bladder, and had never been attacked by

gallstone since then. Thanks to my control of eating fatty and oily foods, zero

tolerance to pork and beef meats, apple juice drinks, mangosteen from Xango, and

a well-balanced lifestyle.

Try drinking a glass of pure apple juice or two spoonfuls of mangosteen from

Xango after every meal, plus lots of glasses of water a day - to stop the oil

residues of food you eat from going into your gallbladder (and form gallstones).

So you could easily find the source of Xango, please visit web site at

www.businessmate.com. There's a link at the left page that brings you to this

supplimental drink.

Hi,

So glad I received an GB groups e-mail since it's the only way I know how to

get a message out.

Well, my GB attacks have started again after almost a year. They are not

painful so much as discomfort. They usually come in the evenings after a meal,

pressure and fullness that some decribed as heart-related symtoms. Does this

sound familiar to anyone? The attacks don't last too long and I find that the

position of my body can curtail their longevity. Usually sitting upright, head

forward a little helps. All day today there was an ache in the center of my back

and, also, tenderness under the right ribs. I find that during the more sever

attacks taking a mild tranquilzer stops the GB from spazaming. Attacks

commence about an hour or two after eating, sometimes sooner and the later I eat

the

more severe the symptoms.

Had planned to do a flush today, but put it off for a day that I'm not being

too active. Question is: Is this the right time for a flush when the attacks

have escalated?

Fact is, I think my GB is clogged up right now. I know I've had a stone for a

few years. Past flushes have helped (3) total. I find that drinking

grapefruit juice during an attack also helps.

Any advice for this stage of attacks would be appreciated (Enter: Dave). I

plan to visit the curezone.com after writing this to bring myself up-to-date.

Thanks to all who reply.

Regards,

Fran
