Guest guest
Last week I finished my second flush - I'm not big on counting the stones, as I'm not very comfortable staring at my BMs, but maybe someday I'll get a count. I have been having GB attacks pretty regularly, which had been stopping me from enjoying 'normal' foods (bread and a small amount of butter, etc), and had been making me dread eating for worry of an attack. After both of my flushes I had a moderately fattening meal ('usual fare' for Americans, I suppose) and waited to see if I had any discomfort or attacks after the meal. I am so VERY pleased to say that I have eaten 3 moderately fattening meals with NO discomfort or pain! I had a hot dog and fries (deep fried) for one meal, a spanikopita, fried cheese, and baked chicken breast for the second and third meals (leftovers!). I am very VERY thankful for the curezone web site, and all you wonderful folks for helping me through this. I will definitely continue to do flushes, even though is appears I am out of the woods at the moment (not 100% sure). Thanks again all!!
