Thanks Terry,I've only just checked this, and found both links very useful. Although, as ever, the more information you have, the more complex it gets! It seems I really ought to find ought what type of vitamin D deficiency I have to work out the best antidote.Sheila, the PDF file from Dr Friedman on the links between hypothyroidism and vitamin D ought to be in the group's resources if it's not there already!Take care,SimonTerry wrote:>Hi Simon
