A Year After I Ran Away From Gall Bladder Operation

As I read some articles here, one question interests me, which is

about what to eat to evade from gallstone attack. From my

experieces, most of my gallstone attacks happened after eating beef

meat. But there was one that happened after I ate Dunkin donut and

Yohoo - both sweet products. One gallstone attack happened after

I ate Japanese Beef teriyaki.

Three days after I was released from hospital (after 11 days of

confinement), I still had no idea what really caused my gallstone

attacks. Fully believing I was well and Okay, I went to Boston Market

to eat beef meatloaf. Imagine, I was surviving for 11 days just on

water running on my veins for 11 days. So, I said, I'll fill my

stomach the food I missed from my hospitalization. But from there, I

was attacked immediately again by gallstone pain. I was confined for

four days more in the same hospital. This time, I've realized that

beef meat and oily foods are enemies of my infected gall bladder.

Before I was released from the hospital the doctor recommended that

after two months of recovering, I should submit for gall bladder

removal. He scheduled me for operation on May 23, 2006. I've been

under fears and anxiety for two months because of this scheduled

operation. The reason for my psychological torture were due to my

fears on blood, needles, and cuts on my body. Until came May 22, a

day before my scheduled operation. I called the Doctor that I was

backing out from the operation.

Since then, all I did to evade from another gallstone attack are oily

foods, and never, never taste at all any form of beef meat. Any food

that has a lot of saturated oils, spicy, sweet, and acidic are

enemies of gall bladders infected with gallstone.

I've never tasted any brand of soda or beverage. I only drink pure

water at room temperature, and never a cold water. Cold water or

iced water really irritates my stomach, which leads to gallstone

attack. While eating, I always have a drink of apple juice until I

finish my meal. I only eat grilled chicken meat, grilled fish, fresh

vegetables, and fresh fruits. Plus, I reduced my eating of rice and

bread.

One more suggestion that I also read from a health book is DO NOT

OVEREAT, and NEVER BE HUNGRY. Both of these will irritate your

gallbladder, and will cause gallstone attack.

Have a good physical exercise, and have a bright life - or positive

life. As you will see it in any other advise for health problems,

having a good physical exercise will keep us away from health

deficiencies. Bad elements of our body can be thrown out through

the perspirations that get out of our body after an exercise.

Having bright, and positive outlooks in our lives help our internal

systems work well - no constipation that irritates our digestive

system and no constrictions in our heart veins that may cause heart

problems.

There's another supplimental drink that help the well-beeing of

myself and my wife who has a heart problem. The drink is Xango, which

is very popular now in the Internet, because it helps a lot of people

with different illnesses. Aside from my gallstone, Xango had also

reduced my fond of urinating every few minutes. Now, I could sleep

longer without going back and forth to the bathroom at night. This is

because I drink 2 tablespoons of Xango after my evening meal or

before I sleep. As support for this product, I joined other people to

promote it, and mine is at

http://www.mymangosteen.com/distributors/JessGuim/ . The most amazing

thing with Xango, is that it has several good benefits to people with

different kinds of health problems. Please visit this link, as it

will really help you in many, many ways.

Best regards to all.

I've also read that eggs can cause a problem, and can personally vouch for that.

I ate half an egg sandwich and felt very queasy.

Please people - I eat eggs and red meat - no problems...so your assumptions of

what is good to eat is questionable. Try some exercise and veggies and fruits.

The eggs, meat, animal products in general effect is highly

individual. Some people, like me (Northern European descent), do very

well on meat, raw milk, and eggs (high quality of production and

handling is assumed). Some people, like anyone of Asian descent, do

well on a largly vegetable diet. It's a big mistake, that is often

made, to assume if one group of people do well without meat, that

everyone does well without meat. If I was sick, I may need to do

without heavy foods and take it easy on my system until I healed and

recovered. Then, the heavier foods would not only be tolerated again,

but would provide good efficient nutrients and extra strength and

vitality.

Best Regards,

Vince

It was not my " assumption " - I just reported what I had read. I exercise 6 days

a week and do eat lots of veggies and fruit, but have found that I really have

to limit red meat and eggs. Evidently everyone is an individual even when it

comes to GB problems.
